Biography:

In addition to serving as a part-time lecturer for the School of City & Regional Planning, Lynn Patterson is Principal of Three Points Planning, LLC and does economic development and planning consulting with b+c Studio.

Patterson is also a co-founder of the Mango Tree Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that works to empower women in sustainable development endeavors worldwide.

Teaching Interest:

Dr. Patterson teaches courses that introduce students to the discipline of municipal planning, economic development, and sustainability.

Research Interest:

Dr. Patterson’s research interests focus on the intersection of economic development and sustainable communities.  She has an emerging body of applied work in housing as workforce development.
