Teaching Interest:

Real learning is inherently active. It requires students to recognize gaps in their understanding, challenge misconceptions, and deliberately build a more accurate and comprehensive knowledge base. As an instructor, I provide a structured framework that guides students as they engage with course material and push the boundaries of their analytical abilities. Through active learning techniques, I help students develop a deep grasp of core principles and understand how physical laws connect across different domains. I aim not only to support their intellectual growth, but also to spark a lasting curiosity—motivating them to persist through the challenges of learning and to see meaningful links between what they study in class and the world beyond it.

Research Interest:

My research centers on understanding how emerging technologies reshape regional economic structures, workforce dynamics, and innovation ecosystems. Specifically, I investigate the adoption and diffusion of advanced manufacturing technologies—such as collaborative robots (cobots)—among small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs), and how these processes are mediated by institutional, organizational, and spatial contexts. My overarching goal is to inform policies that foster inclusive, innovation-driven regional development.
